  1. A free, in-home site assessment will be performed. We will determine what you want to do and what ideas you have in mind.  Afterwards, measurements and photos of the room will be obtained.
  2. Based on the information gathered from the site assessment, a design will be produced for your new room with recommended component ideas. Upon editing and approving the overall design concept, a quote will be produced.  There is no fee for this.  This can be presented to you in your home, as well.
  3. Should the design or quote require additional editing, it will be done at this time. Upon making any changes to the design, components or quote amounts and your acceptance thereof, a Contract Agreement will be presented to you to review in advance. Periodic payments will be presented and approved within the agreement.
  4. After agreeing to proceed, the components will be placed on order. In most cases a deposit will not be required.
  5. When all the delivery dates of the items on order are received, you will be contacted to discuss scheduling the installation dates.
  6. During the installation phase, an effort will be made to dustproof the area, if necessary. To help control dust, only minor cutting of wood or anything else will be performed inside.  All other cuttings will be performed outside or in your garage.
  7. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm.
  8. As the installation proceeds onward, you will be notified of any optional ways to complete certain tasks. Your preference will be determined prior to proceeding.  You will also be kept well informed on matters of importance throughout the entire installation process.
  9. The available appliance installation fees are competitive with each store. It could be beneficial for you to purchase your appliances, have them delivered and I will install them.  This will also help the process flow more efficiently with less interruptions or downtime waiting on their installers.
